The location was great! It was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and provided complimentary water. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.

The staff was cute. They provided complimentary coffee and pastries each morning. lemonade and cookies in the afternoon. Daily cleaning service was provided and new towels came every day. That was useful. The hotel's location is also great, it is close to multiple subway lines and within walking distance of Little Italy and Chinatown.
The room was not very soundproof. It was hard to sleep because of the traffic and outside noises at night!
